Carmen Albu, MOTR/L, CLT-LANA, WCC – Owner and Therapist
Carmen Albu, MOTR/L, CLT-LANA, WCC is a registered/licensed Occupational Therapist who graduated from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida in 1998 with a Masters’ Degree in Occupational Therapy.  In 1998, during her last clinical internship, Carmen was trained in the Vodder method of Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD)/Combined Decongestive Therapy (CDT) at Aventura Hospital in Florida.  Carmen went on to receive her certification in CDT via the Academy of Lymphatic Studies in March of 2000 and has been practicing MLD/CDT since that time.  Carmen started one of the first outpatient lymphedema clinics on the Treasure Coast at Lawnwood Regional Medical Center in Ft. Pierce, FL in March of 2000.  She was in charge of the Lawnwood Lymphedema Clinic through April of 2006 when she opened her own lymphedema clinic in Stuart, FL.  In March of 2007, Healthy Lymphatics, Inc. expanded with a 2nd clinic in Port St. Lucie, FL.  Plans are in the works for a 3rd clinic in Ft. Pierce, FL as well as a new branch in Boone, NC.  In February 2009 she was wound care Certified.  Carmen is currently living with her family in Blowing Rock, NC and has opened another Lymphedema clinic in Boone, NC. 

Karen Craig, OTR/L, CLT   
Karen is a Registered Occupational Therapist.
She graduated from Mount Mary College in Wauwatosa Wisconsin 1990. She practiced in a wide variety of rehabilitative environments including outpatient, acute care, sub acute physical and psychological disabilities, work hardening, developmentally delayed, a physician’s office for neurologically based impairment, and as a rehab manager in medicare certified facility for physical disabilities. Karen received her lymphedema certification through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies in 2006. Karen is very passionate about treating her patients who deal with this chronic condition.  She is able to employ areas of her experience and continued education from the past to maximize the success for lymphedema patients such as wound care, myofacial release and kinesiotaping.

Toni Saltmarsh
Office Manager, Marketing Director. Toni oversees the daily operations of our Port St. Lucie, FL office and our Boone, NC office. Her commitment is to Lymphedema awareness for our patients and our medical community.
Toni has been with Healthy Lymphatics, Inc for over 3 1/2 years.

Kathy Yoho
Receptionist, office support. Kathy brings to Healthy Lymphatics, Inc. her computer and organizational skills, along with her compassion for our patients.
Kathy has been with Healthy Lymphatics, Inc. for over two years.
